EasyFind is a "PIN" mapping package. It primarily allows a user to map a database by locating "Pins" for each record in that database. Think of EasyFind as a digital replacement for the old office wall map with all the different coloured "Pins" for customers, outlets or competitors. EasyFind allows a user to drop in their address or contact database and create a map showing where their clients are coming from.

EasyFind is designed for non-technical users of this type of technology and is therefore ideal for students, clerks, sales personal and small business operators. Organisation's in the following areas are likely users of EasyFind.
Marketing Planning Retail Sales Banking Finance Insurance Health Services Community Services Education Local Government State Government Federal Government Any company or organisation who provides services or is involved in sales and marketing will have a need for EasyFind. Users of contact management software like Tracker or Act, will also find EasyFind an invaluable addition to their suite of marketing and planning tools. Government or business service providers can set up a "Geographical Help Desk" facility, providing callers with an instant result, on where is the nearest outlet, service centre, counselor, tradesman etc.
EasyFind only creates "PIN" maps. This is what most organisations require for their sales or marketing presentations. EasyFind allows non technical users to create easily digestible maps from their own databases. No steep learning curve, No overly technical jargon and No huge support fees!!! With EasyFind you can display your customer database geographically. You can then select them by either clicking on the customers or performing a radius search. Once selected a result list can be displayed to show all the customers with a certain radius of the distribution depot. This example can be extended to sales and marketing functions, new site selection or monitoring your competitors sites.
EasyFind is cost effective from a number of view points. First their is the initial purchase price which is quite outstanding, but more importantly because EasyFind is simple to use and people are more likely to use it. Organisations are not paying huge prices for software to primarily sit "On the shelf". Comparative products will cost many thousands of dollars.
EasyFind comes with a Utility program to allow users to import MapInfo MID/MIF format files. Most suppliers of digital map data can supply product in this format. If an organisation already has an in-house version of a mapping product but they wish to disperse a cheaper product to more users, EasyFind will fill that need very well.
